This authoring tool needs a JavaScript 1.2 compliant browser and has been tested with NN4(pc), NN4.5(pc), NN4(Mac), MSIE4(pc) and MSIE5(pc). It will not work with MSIE4(Mac), MSIE5(Mac), AOL4(Mac and pc) which are not fully JavaScript 1.2 compliant. Do to a cookie bug it has limited usefullness with IE5(pc) as it is limited to about 10 problems. It also does not work with NN6(pc) but it does work with the open source version of this browser available at www.mozilla.org. The tests it produces will work with the above browsers including AOL4(pc and Mac) or with any JavaScript 1.1 compliant Browser such as NN3(pc or Mac) or MSIE3(pc only). If you use MSIE4(pc) you will need to use this on a server since that browser will not set cookies from a local file. However MSIE5(pc) will work locally subject to the limitation mentioned above.

This is a JavaScript application which uses cookies to work its 'miracle'. As such it requires that you have your Browser set to allow cookies . Cookies put a limit on how many questions you can have. The limit in the full edition is 26 with each question and its associated answers limited to 2K. (Actually the questions are stored in pairs with the limit being 4K for each pair.)
